Permission given by CaptinF1rework to apply for Admin

[Important Notice]

Firstly, I would like to say I have decided to post my application now as the next meeting is the 30th, so by then I will have solid activity. I would also like to address the fact that maybe some of you will question why I left and resigned, long story short I just wasn't in the best frame of mind and I blamed alot of my problems on others, and took it out on staff not doing F1's as stupid as it sounds. I am truly sorry for it, I would love to be given another shot on the staff team.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I am currently not Moderator, but I have been Admin and have been Moderator a few times, this will highly contribute to my knowledge of commands, how to handle situations etc.. as I have quite abit of experience in such. I do hope I get another shot at Admin as it was a amazing experience and I would love to come back into the staff team.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Situations were you have to be fast, as there could be many people breaking rules and physgun helps alot with that, also being on at late hours as I usually am banning people is a very handy thing. I can also use noclip to check outside the map for any illegal printers. All and all being an Admin would greatly improve my work and contribution towards the server itself.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Assuming I have already spoken with the Admin that banned the individual, and we have came to a conclusion that the ban was a little too harsh I would reply with this.

Hi {Player X} I have spoken with {Admin's Name} and we have come to the conclusion that the ban was a little harsh; however, this does not make your actions right, you do sound genuinely sorry and we appreciate your appeal very much. We will remove your ban, but before hand please make yourself familiar with the rules if you aren't already familiar with them, I hope you have a great day and have fun on the server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I have had alot of experience with staff, and also with Admin. I loved doing F1's and helping people, but even though I'd say I was a good staff member, my state of mind wasn't the best; I think now because I have resolved alot of my issues and learnt how to control things in my life, I can use that in game also. I truly believe that I can be a good staff member. I'm very determined when it comes to F1's and helping people, when I used to play the thing I did the most was F1's, I hardly roleplayed to be fair. I really do hope I can get another shot at Admin, I promise you won't regret it, I will try my absolute best to assist everyone that needs it, even if it's a little thing, I appreciate you reading my application and hope to be joining the staff team as soon as possible, I hope to see all other staff member's keeping up the hardwork, as I will be if I get accepted.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Being Moderator is great, however. You have to know what you can and can't do within your role; firstly never be afraid to ask for help from others. Other staff are here to help you too, that's why we're a staff team, here are a few tips and commands that you will need.

[color=#880000][b][u]Tips[/u][/b][/color]

[b]Friendly:[/b]
Being Friendly as a moderator is a great way to welcome new players and just generally make people happy.

[b]Fair:[/b]
Being fair as a staff member is a must, you shouldn't treat people differently, period. No matter if they're your friends or not, everyone should be treated with respect and equally.

[b]Active:[/b]
Being active as a staff member is a must also, if you're going to be inactive for a certain period of time, let people know. Make a forum post if you have to, try to be on as much as possible.

[color=#880000][u][b]Commands:[/b][/u][/color]

[b]Goto:[/b]
The "Goto" command is very useful to get to a player with ease, you can use this when handling someones F1 and hitting "goto" this will simply teleport you to the players location.

[b]Bring:[/b]
The "Bring" command is another very useful command to make your job easier, this will simply bring the player to your location, you can use this when handling someones F1 and clicking "Bring"

[b]Back:[/b]
The "Back" command is used to simply return the player to their original location before they were teleported, this can be used when you have finished someone's F1 and wish to teleport them back.

[b]Player Logs:
[/b] This is one of your most important tools a moderator, this is your eye in the sky. You can see everything up to job changes, disconnects, connections, kills, deaths, arrests and plenty of other things. You should always use this in an F1 situation as this is a form of evidence, however this doesn't mean you can warn someone just based off the fact that they killed someone, use this fairly. Use this as another option aswell as some sort of evidence from the victim.

[b]F6 Menu / Warnings Menu:[/b]
This is a very helpful tool to check a individuals warnings, this should be checked when handling someone that has broken a rule as this could change their verdict, as they may have recent warnings.

[b]F1 Menu:[/b]
The F1 menu is used to see if players need assistance, this is a fairly straight forward menu, simply right click on the player that needs help and make sure you click "Handle This" after that you can goto them and help them with whatever they may need.

[b]Freeze:[/b]
The Freeze command simply freezes a player in place, this can be used to make sure someone doesn't run away from you and or stop someone from, shooting or killing others in a sit.
