After examining the evidence at hand I have decided to deny this punishment appeal. The fact that you placed down the KOS sign just to kill Ezehzz seconds later does make it seem as if you had no intention to make a base there and just to kill Ezehzz which in my opinion is RDM and not a valid RolePlay reason.
