I have reviewed your report and have chosen to accept this report, I have found that he broke all of the following rules, however with this I need to speak with you also, the arrest at spawn is against the rules, all admins will say that in the event of a lockdown, all areas are AoS except spawn due to newly-joined players not being able to see it.
