As you can see in the Screenshot, Polsee allowed me to apply directly as Admin when I will have a consistent activity of 2 weeks. Well, I'm reaching this requirement, and I will have it just in time for the next meeting!

What is Ghosting? and give an example: A player is Ghosting when he gives useful informations to the Runners, that allow them to choose the right path to continue their run. An example could be this: there are two doors. A player choose the right one but he dies when he passes through it. Then he says to the alive Runners to go left, so that they can't die with that trap.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would tell him to stop because disrespecting is against the Server Rules. If he continues, he will get gagged and/or muted, and then warned too.

Why I should be chosen: Well.. I was Admin there one year ago, so I have got a lot of experience and also because I could help the Community in this way. I love Zarp and I find funny and nice all the players and staff that are in there. I'm also a person that always helps the new players that don't know how to move on DR, by giving them suggestion or simply asking their questions about the shop, the taunts ect.. There were also situations where staff members were sleeping, missing moments where the players were breaking rules.. without getting punished. I've always told them to don't do that but obviusly I wasn't a staff member and they ignored me.



When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: It will be appropriate when a player is still breaking the rules after he has got warned and kicked several times, or when he continues to say disrespectful and racist things to the other players after he has got gagged/muted the previous rounds. It is also appropriate to use the ban command when a player joins the Server with an Alternative Account while he got banned or punished on his Main Account.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: As I said before, I was Admin one year ago and I'm applying directly to this role. So.. when I was moderator time ago, I joined the Server and there was a Player disrespecting others. He has got warned as required by the regulation but after the mute and the gag, he logged out then rejoined, disrespecting again.. After that an admin logged in and banned him, but in that moment if I was Admin I could do that without wasting time.

Why I should be promoted: Last year I worked seriously as Admin but for many motivation I had to resign, because I couldn't keep on this activity, infact in my last weeks as Staff Member, it was dropping. I really want to comeback as admin.. I was a good Staff Member that helped in any situation the new players and the staff members. With this promotion I will have access to extra commands that can be useful in a lot of situations.
