Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
It really depends.If he/she has some basic experience of the movements of bhop (strafing etc) i would explain to him/her the way it works.Then i would tell him/her either to spectate me so i can show him/her how it works or if its hard to understand for him/her i would find a youtube video (that i would have seen first so i'm sure it explains clearly how to start bhopping) and tell him/her to watch it carefully.If he/she has any question i would solve them and hopefully teach them how to start bhopping.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I will warn him and let him know that its against the server rules and explain the reason it is against the server rules so he/she can understand why i'm warning him/her.If he/she keeps spamming with text or mic i will contact with an admin or higher grade player.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Well i will immediately warn the person that is using the expoits/cheats. Let him/her know that its against the server rules and explain him why he shouldn't do it. It affects the gameplay of other players too and he ruins the fun of the game.Let him know that if he/she keeps exploiting/cheat i will have to contact with an admin and let him know about the situation and then he will decide what is the punishment.


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
The reasons i think that i should be chosen are the following.
I'm mature and fair.
I'm almost everyday active on the server for an average period of time.
I have started bhopping around 2010-2011 so i have a lot of experience and that way i can help/coach/teach other players.
I can speak/understand english very well and that way there is a much smaller language barrier.
I'm pretty social as a player in the servers and always greet/help other players.
I'm friendly and understanding.
I'm in college and live by my self so in a case of emergency i can be active.
And last is that i really want to help the server/community get more newbie friendly cause when i first started no one would pay attention,give me tips or even talk to me so i had a pretty rough start.
