On a personal note seeing Lucy go through the mod and admin ranks she's done well to not crack down under the initiatives of people trolling her or testing her bipolar disorder / capabilities of a staff member. I'm sure she'll do fine handling SSRP despite there's a lot more drama and trouble within the server than any other. There's a reason we give people a chance and some outshine other's expectations. So don't slander or slag someone down because of anything, give constructive feedback and see if they can work on it.

I'm not saying this as a close friend or because Lucy is a female. I'm talking as someone who supervised her during her past experiences and helped her improve because as any first time moderator you are bound to make mistakes like me or anyone else has.
