Sorry for the delay, I was told by a fellow staff member he would post the verdict, I see he has forgotten to.
First of all, I would like to state that I have decided to accept this appeal without talking to Tyler, unfortunately, I was unable to contact him for I have not seen him on Teamspeak in awhile.
