As I said, there's no reason to ban anyone to use a name, unless they DO use it to scam another players.

If you look at what I suggested I suggested to punish people for using a groups or persons name to abuse the persons trust in a way in which to gain benefits.

Exactly. I'm not against this, I'm saying that it's unnecessary since staff members have the final word on the rules and can see them from any perspective.
