Suggestion Title: Not allowing people to impersonate legitimate businesses, therefore resulting in loss of money for the player.

How would it benefit the server:

Actual Suggestion:
It is a form of trickery it's as simple as that.
Adding this to the scamming rule: "Impersonating any person or group in order to gain the trust of a person to give you money or items in a clearly beneficial way for yourself and non-beneficial way for the other party is forbidden."

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Groups being banned for providing the same service but under another name, should of course be excluded from any punishment.

Additional notes:
Since this is clearly a suggestion which would benefit me, let's make it simple. I don't want people tripping over such a scam, loosing their money to a fraud which they did not anticipate. Since I have encountered two cases of people impersonating my business I'd like this to be against the rules so no harm can be done in any way. Everyone should be encouraged to start their own business adventure and shouldn't be halted by another person who does abuse the name of one person or corporation in my case to scam people of their belongings without them knowing.
