I have spoken with John and we both believe that you should wait out this ban. You had a lot of recent punishments, and were proceeding to mass rulebreak despite this. You need to take some time off the server, the time off being this 7 day ban, and use that time to read over the rules and learn to follow them, as you clearly have not been learning from more lenient punishments.
