Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

In most cases the Ban command will be used when a player Mass RDMs and leaves the server to avoid punishment, in that case I would give him a ban of 1 day or more depending on how much it affected the server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well if it's the first ever ban for the player then I would talk to him and lower the ban to a couple days/ weeks. If he would be caught using cheats again the consequences would be more serious.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I think I should be promoted to admin because I am a trusted member of zarp, I have been here for quite a while ( over 3 years ) and during that time I was staff on TTT and SSRP. I never abused my powers there to gain an advantage over the other players and would never do so in the future. I'm also really active on the TTT server, I like helping other players and I don't have any recent punishments.
