Both by me and what i find extremely positive about you is that you have never said: "Omg Johnler punished me for no reason" But you actually understood what you did wrong and improved, unlike some other people. You also even believe i should get promoted, despite these 2 punishments.
Both punishments are for RDM although to be honest, i could verbally warn you for 1 of these and i will say that in the meeting.
