What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is term used for when a player gives information that couldn't have been available to an alive player that could impact the outcome of a round. For example, on deathrun_helix_b8 towards the end of the map there's a multiple digit code that is shown to anyone who's in that area, if a dead player were to see the code and post the code in chat this would be a clear Ghosting example (The user wouldn't have to post it specifically in chat, it could be anywhere.)

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
A disrespectful player can normally be dealt with in several different ways depending on the context, for example :

If a user were to be disrespecting another member who we found was their friend then I'd ask them to stop unless what was being said wasn't harmful to anyone on the server (Racism, Homophobic Language, Sexist Language etc. wouldn't be tolerated.) If they continued to be disrespectful after being asked to stop I'd likely remind them one more time to have a read through the rules. If carried on I'd give them a mute/gag that would last the duration of the map, along with a reminder to read through the rules again, this would hopefully stop the disrespectful language/actions caused by said player.

My activity currently isn't the best but by the time the next deathrun meeting will occur (Friday 15th December 2017) I will have six days of consistent activity (if I can actually keep that going! )
