Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have been Bhop admin man times for a good time and I feel as an administrator of Bhop instead of going for mod I Have many more commands to help enforce the rules properly.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around
Back when I was a moderator a long time ago I encountered 2 users putting links in the chat they were links to scripts and hacks, I muted them both but then they kept coming back, One of them started getting really racist and then the other one was looking for glitches and loopholing the rules because he knew I was mod and I cannot ban but I can kick, So he keeps doing things like this And I try to get a few admins on but they are busy and asleep or doing something or offline, I muted them both chat and voice and they stopped with the racism but they kept loopholing etc, Then they left I did not see them ever on the server again.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello! Congratulations on becoming Moderator on the Zarp Bhop server!
We are happy to have you on the staff team and believe you will do great things to help out the server
So we are going to get into the commands this will be a short training session.
The first command is kick!
Next command is Mute Chat!
Next is Freeze!
The next one is slay
Strip Weapons!
Now teleport!
Onto bring
Back Command
Now you are ready to be a moderator if you have any questions ask a fellow staff member!

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello there Bigwhal , I see You were banned for cheating, I have spoken to the staff who banned you and He told me he told you to stop about 3 times and you didnt so I will be reducing your ban to 3 days!
