I do not believe you posess the correct mentality expected of a Super Admin to warrant a promotion such as this one. You might do your job as an Admin but you do not go further to show yourself out there properly. Besides, I do not see you on Teamspeak enough and I believe that you are not capable of dealing with staff situations.
