I like this idea since it will get the lazy staff to start doing something.
Tho there is a line that breaks when a admin get paid rp money when he doing something OOC. Without the payment thing, i think it would be great idea to get the user opnion on how the f1 was done. This could be saved in a database and SA+ would be able to see if incase of promotion from mod to admin and so on.
