Being staff is a volunteer job, they shouldn't get money for it
You are fully correct, but we currently might have some staff who just make the 20 F1's needed, so motivating the staff members to do more F1's and MORE high-quality F1's might not be that bad of an option. We might have to go away from the ethos that F1's shouldn't be worth anything. We have to ask ourself: What is our goal? Provide a better experience for the user by making staff want to do better F1's or keep it like it is. This suggestion is here to spark a discussion on what we could improve to make a better experience for the user as well as the staff member.
