It seems like everything is good, except from your application. Not many people pay attention to that part. So I will be honest with you. I can't understand 70% of your application and it really shows that you don't know how to speak English properly. Since this is an English server, good communication with users is a must if you are a staff member. Work on that or the chances of you getting accepted are slim in my opinion.
