You can't be this dumb come on now Onion. If someone has zero recents and to your knowledge hasn't even been spoken to about a rule break let alone verbally warned in past situations then it's obvious that a simple mistake shouldn't be so harshly punished. It's always been like this and it's surprising to me that even you forgot this.

Once again, it is staff discretion to decide on Verbal or Warning, if you rulebreak technically you should be warned straight up, however staff can if they are wanting to give a verbal

Depends if the person it happened to was that offended by it or saw it as harmless once it was obvious they were just messing with them. If they found it to be harmless too and didn't care then the admin who still went ahead with a warning either is just being a dick or has something against them.
