What you have to do is come on Teamspeak more often. I have a great amount of respect for you and know that you can get further, but Teamspeak is a requirement for all Lead Team members. You being a great person does not excuse you from that requirement.

Over the next few weeks, join Teamspeak when you're on the server or inbetween. Then ask any TTT LT member to move you into their spacer or join whichever public channel they're in. You don't even have to talk much (though talking more is obviously better), just make sure you're there.

Aside from that I'd like you to speak a little bit more during the meetings. You're already doing very well on that front, but I believe you still need to show just that little bit extra.
