I've always hated Xnator's favouritism - it's one of the things that started the whole argument between me and him back in May - and it bothers me how it still hasn't changed. To be fair, that's more of a negative on Xnator's part than it is on yours, so don't take it badly either.

You're a good, experienced staff member. Just give it a bit more time. A week or two should be plenty for you to get back into the Lead Team on Prophunt and possibly Murder.
