It's been 3 weeks and 4days if you count today. In that time I've done A LOT of work in the server and I have been doing a lot in the server previously. But my question is, why are you looking past all that just because I came back about a month ago? You never had problems with dedicated staff members coming back and trying to get back their old possitions before.

He was still currently lead team on other servers at that time and you aren’t currently.
