How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
In the time I’ve spent as an admin I’ve seen some moderators and admins doing some things wrong and I have to tell them how to actually handle it. Most of the times (all of the times) I tell them what they’re supposed to do they usually don’t care because I’m just an admin and they think that what I say may not be true (can’t blame them) as we have the same rank. There are also MANY inactive staff members that I think should get a talking to and maybe an official warning. So I think that me as a Super Admin can help a lot cleaning the staff team.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Communication skills:
I am very good with communicating with staff. Going to staff members and talking about their week. If there are anything that is causing them to be inactive. If they’re considering resigning I can just talk them out of it. I feel like as lead team you need to know the staff team well and understand their situations to make them do a good job.
Handling situations:
Because I’ve previously been Super Admin and Head Admin I know how to handle most of the situations and rule breaks. If some staff in the team are having an argument or some misunderstanding I know how to handle those situations correctly @Raeker knows.
Trust:
I’ve never abused my powers in ZARP as I find it as one of the most disgusting things that a staff member can do. I’ve been in this community for 14-15 months and just recently had 2 months pause from my staffing position in ZARP, but I came back for two reasons. One of them are that I feel to loyal to ZARP and I wanted to do as much as I can to help two servers out, one of those being Prop Hunt.
Dedication:
My dedication towards ZARP’s PropHunt server is unbeatable. Even when PropHunt was just an idea I supported it. When the idea got posted on the forum I defended it. When the idea was developed I helped develop and test it. When the idea got accepted and got tons of negative feedback I defended it more than anyone. When the server was first released I defended it from the massive rule breakers. I had been on prop hunt and making it a good server with good staff members the entire time that it has been released and I am still very dedicated to the server. I am willing to do anything in my power to help it out.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I haven’t encountered many obstacles that I couldn’t have done myself except for when there are suspected cheaters on the server and wanting to bring people up for officials.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First I would read throughout the report and see the “victim’s” side of the story. Then I would speak with the staff member and see his/her side of the story. Depending on the evidence provided and the staff member’s story I would either accept it or deny it. If I were to deny it I would write:

If I were to accept it I would write:
Hello <user>! I have read your report abuse on <staff meber> and I’ve talked to him/her. I have decided to make this report abuse
#Accepted
I will speak with him/her! Thank you for your report!

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
First I would speak with the staff member and ask him/her why they banned the user. Then I would ask why they banned them for so long. Then I would say that I think that the ban is excessive and tell them that I am going to shorten the users ban to something a bit more fair.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
First I would speak with the staff member and ask what’s going on and see if the staff member needs any help. Then I would tell the staff member some tricks that would help them do their job correctly.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would bring them both to a Team Speak spacer and make them say their stories. WHen they’re both done telling their side of the story (if they interrupt each other while speaking I would tell them to be quete and give them turns to tell their story and respond) then I would ask for proof. If the other staff member doesn’t have any proof I would just say that I cannot help then. If he doesn’t have proof but the other one confesses I would continue. I would then tell the staff member that broke the rules that this is not accepted at all and he shouldn’t do it again. I would tell them to not be angry with each other (as it has happened that staff becomes unfriendly towards each other after a report abuse has been made against them) and then I would move them out. When the meeting is on I would talk about what the staff member did and we will discuss whether it is worthy a demotion, official or no action.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
First I would move them to a spacer and tell them to be quet. Then I would proceed to ask them for the reason of their behaviour. When they’re done telling the story I would tell them that this behaviour is unacceptable in the staff team as we need to work together and not against each other. Then I would tell the other lead team members to keep an eye out for them and see if they continue.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
First I would move them in my spacer in team speak, if they’re not in team speak I would message them on steam. If I don’t have them on steam I would message them either via private message or admin chat. First I would ask them if they knew what they were doing is against the rules (which they should most likely know) I would then tell them to stop doing what they’re doing otherwise I would have to bring it up in the lead team meeting.

Thank you for reading my application! Have a nice day!
