Yes you may have been staff in the past but that does not mean you can go around the rules that are in place. Incorrect, you must at least attend a meeting to apply for admin. Nowhere does it say at what time nor when he can as he's already attended a meeting in the past.

Are there any guidlines for it? Say a moderator attended a meeting 3 years ago, would that still count since they technically have attended one in the past? Or does it have to be within a certain amount of time say a year? Or do they simply just have to get permission and it be up to a lead team member to decide whether or not they can?
Just curious as it didn't used to be like that but I was gone for quite some time, thanks!
