I think we can all agree on one thing: This method won't change the way the staff team is acting, its for a temporary time, its a little gesture of appreciation to the hardest working staff members. If we want to adress the issue of F1's we will have to put a lot more effort into an actually working method. Thank you for you guys discussing this out in a more or less mannerly way, but I think we will need to put a lot of time and work into making the staff team more active, more willing and more appreciated again.
