Your application is alright but I'd just like to point this out :

You don't have access to the ban command as a mod, you'd HAVE to contact an admin+ if you needed to ban someone. This also wouldn't look too good even if you were applying for admin as you're saying that you'd be too unsure about your own punishments.

Having a look at replies to this thread there seems to be a negative feeling towards you too, I'm not too sure what your past is on the community.
