I don't have much experience with you but from what I have seen of you both playing on the servers and on teamspeak I've gathered that you're plenty mature enough and are dedicated to the ssrp servers and helping users and other staff. After losing two HA's the ssrp staff team is going to be shifting quite a bit and I'm sure you'd make a good HA. Best of luck.
