Ok this is a surprise personally u do a good job as SA but u don't do anything really head admin worthy if I'm completely honest and u aren't really on the server as much as other lead team are anymore so I personally don't think u need this role currently nor does the server seeing it already has good head admins but I already see the owners support u so it kind of pointless me writing this as it's obvious they are gonna make you get it....
