How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?: I would talk to him and ask him who is bullying him. Then i would drag the guy that is bullying in a spacer and verbally warn him to never do this again. if he continues, i will continue with kicking him and if he keeps doing it, i might even ban him. Depends on the situation.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

Ban: Not too often. Only in the worst case scenarios. If people just refuse to listen to staff and keep breaking the rules.
Kick: Only when you need to warn people after they refuse to listen to you if you verbally warned them before.
Moving people: Only if i get their permission to do so.
Deleting Avatar: Only if it is inappropriate and breaks the Rules

Because i am well trusted in this Community and was TS staff before without ANY complaints or accepted report abuses on me. I am fully aware of the commands and when to use them. I just want these powers because since i am extremely active on TS, i can help people in need without contacting other staff.
