So I went over your report and contacted SyStem and took his side of the story. The both of you have been head to head now for quite some time now and it cannot go on like that if you both want to enjoy playing here.
Now SyStem's reaction is something we do not expect to happen from either users or staff members, however you provoked him and if I were SyStem I would personally be very offended by what was said. (Even though you did not directly saying but we know what you were hinting at.)
Now SyStem does apologize for what he did, he was not thinking straight; I personally am not going to bring up SyStem in the Lead Team Meeting as I believe this will not happen again as well as preferring to sort the bad relationship you both have rather than punishing SyStem for something uncalled for.
