I like you jabbe matey but staff should remain professional at all times, getting seriously upset over some kid calling you a pedo over the internet ESPECIALLY on a gmod darkRP server shows that you are clearly not suitable for staff. For some context Gmod DarkRP servers have the worst community I've ever seen with ZARP's being on the lower end of that too, if you break professionalism and act irresponsively over some kids who are probably 12-15 years old calling you a pedo over the internet then you really need to fix up.

There is really no excuse to act heavy handedly unless they make personal threats to you or your family in my opinion.

I do not agree 100% with real denis's statement, but in the most part I feel he's right; also the fact that this is 'just a gmod server' is a bad excuse to abuse as staff for whatever reason, since you've volunteered to regulate a server that does take cash, so in the end you're volunteering to work for a business that has the end goal of providing entertainment and possibly a few bucks on the owners's side.
