I believe that the first portion of this Report clearly shows Copper Reformed breaking NLR.

However, with the second portion (the RDM), it may be obvious that Copper Reformed did kill you, but there isn't solid evidence that it was RDM as we did not see him kill you and I do not have the dates and times for when the kill happened, he may have been threatened or felt that you were firing in his direction // at a friend so he shot you - if he was the one that killed you.

With that, I think that a simple warn for NLR is in order, therefore -
