The Lead Team, as its wording states, is a team. Therefore, realistically, the Lead Team will work together in all matters, with the Super Administrators guiding the staff and the Head Administrators guiding the staff as well as the SA's within the team.

Saying that "why can't you just help out right now" is inadvertedly contradicting your own argument, as pointing stuff out to the other SA's is exactly what HA's are supposed to do. It's a fact that people respect HA's more than SA's because they have the shinier badge. Considering my own skills working as a team and leading over others - something which I have proven to be very capable of over the past year - is exactly why you should accept me to fix the lead team. I believe I also made that desire to fix the issues we currently have very clear in the last meeting.
