THE PAST TO WEEKS I HAVE HAD SERIOUS ISSUES WITH MY HEARING SO I PERSONALLY WONT BE ABLE TO MODERATE VOICE CHAT OR WEB TAUNTS. I DONT KNOW HOW LONG THIS WILL LAST.

What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when a person who is dead or in spectator mode looks around the map to get information and feed it back to the living it can be of any team as it is creating an unfair advantage this is why its a rule
An example of this is

Player X is dead.. Player Y is stuck and dosent know what door to go through on dr_minecraft.
 Player X shouts down the mic or says in chat "the door is left"

This would be ghosting as it is giving players an unfair advantage
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If a player was being disrespectful to another staff member I would firstly Politely ask them no to and would keep an eye on them but if they persist on being disrespectful at that point I would Gag/Mute them but once their Mute/Gag period is over and yet again they continue I would Gag/Mute them followed by a warning

In my opinion. Although I resigned a few months ago I really regret resigning for silly reasons And I still believe that I have a lot to offer the server and I still have goals for the server. I am sorry for all the staff members I have wronged and I hope they can give me a fresh start
