I have been wondering recently wether people think I am good at what I am doing. Wether this be when I have trained you or dealt/come across you in some way. I would like to know what I am doing well and what I can improve.

Here are some examples:

Friendly/Unfriendly
Active/Not active enough
Mature/Immature
Needs to do more duties as a Super Admin

You get the picture any feedback would be appreciated as long as it isn't breaking TOU!
