How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:
Hello User, Whilst handling your Ban Appeal i have decided your ban has been reduced to a 1 days off your ban as you did break TOU, You seem to be sorry for your actions and i hope you take the time to change and fix your ways and it could be worse next time.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Set Server Group
Used for training users after getting their new ranking so they receive their rank
Kick
Kicking users from the server to give them a first sort of warning before issuing a ban
Ban
Banning a user for such things a racism, and disrespect

What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
First off it would give me the ability to train new teamspeak staff members, Handle appeals, supervising staff.
