How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:

Firstly, I would state that I will handle the appeal then I will follow policy and speak to the staff member who banned the appealer. Secondly, I would then listen to them carefully about what happened and then follow up with a response.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

Set Server Group:

Set server group is a TS3 feature in which you can give ranks with different talk powers. TeamSpeak Head Admins are able to give All ranks apart from Community Developer, Community Manager and Owner and inherits all from the normal TeamSpeak Moderator.

Kick Client From Channel:

This feature allows TeamSpeak Moderators+ to kick somebody from their channel to the default room which is the Lobby/AFK room if they have been micspamming etc.If they come back and continue, the next command available is Kick Client From Server. This coincides with KCFC except it kicks them from the actual TeamSpeak server.

Ban Client:

Ban Client works just like KCFS but keeps them away from the server for the time recognised for their rulebreaks. If somebody is banned, they may make an appeal in which a TS HA+ can handle. This can also be used as a last resort if they keep rulebreaking and coming back after their kick.

What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):

With my new powers, I would be able to train new TS staff which is a good opportunity and with this, I would be able to do more in the TeamSpeak with handling ban appeals which may occur from time to time. I would use my powers respectively and not for my own benefit. I am very active on the TeamSpeak so I will be able to handle more situations.
