TS3 Related
How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
First, I would pull the victim and the bully into a spacer and talk over what happened. I would then ask to hear the victims side of the story, and then the bullies side of the story. After that, I would ask for any sort of proof, if there is I would warn/ban the bully so they can go over our TS3 rules and the Zarp TOU. I could also warn the bully if I feel like he wouldnt do it again. If there is no proof, then what I would do is try to piece together the victims and the bullies story and see where they do not match up. If they did not match up yet I had some sort of proof I would ban the user instead of warning them for about a day. If the stories did match up and I had proof, id give him a warning and keep a close eye on them.
If the bully was caught after a warning and constantly breaking rules, I would ban him then.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Give/Remove Rank
This is used to Give a rank to a player that as recently been accpeted/promoted to a rank ( staff ) on a server. Also, Remove Rank is to take away a rank either since the person has had a demotion appeal be passed and or the player resigning. To give/remove a rank, right click the targets name, click Set Server Group and click on the one you want to give/take.
Ban Client
This is used as a last resort, use this if the user is constantly breaking the Zarp TS3 rules & ToU after multiple kicks. You can right click the target and click Ban Client, then add the time you want them to be banned for.
Moving people to spacers/locked channels
As teamspeak staff, you can move users around. Use this in order to privately talk to people or privately talk to other staff members, you can do this by joining a channel, go to the user you want and click “Move client to own channel” You can also drag and drop the users name into your channel.
Kick Client from Server/Channel
Use this to kick someone from either the Channel or the Server. Use this when someone is breaking ToU, yet not enough for a ban. Such as someone playing music in a channel where it is not meant to.( In the Roblox channel playing music)
Joining Locked Channels and Spacer
As staff you can now join locked channels and spacers on your own by simply doing the usual clicking of the mouse( double left click ) to join. Use this with moving people to spacers/ locked channels when you need to talk to them in private, or just want to talk in a spacer without being interrupted by other people.
Delete Avatar
This will delete the users avatar, if you are getting complaints about a user having a avatar that is either inappropriate or is offending someone, use this to delete it.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words): If anybody needed help from me, I could help them, and if its a new thing to me, I would help the player to give them all the knowledge that they need, and learn with them, and show them how great our community and give them all the stuff they need to know to get around our community. I am always willing to help players, new or not if they feel stuck or not so sure on something such as a act they did, or rules arent seeming so clear to them, I would help them understand what the rule means and give them a strong example to clear things up for them. If they needed any form of guidance, I would always try to help them, even if its out of my reach. This goes along with helpful. Im kind, opening, and would go out of my way with bantering with friends, to help a new player( or not new) with things such as connecting to a server, or needing help to links on the fourms. I am very understanding and would not lash out or get stressed and give up. I would always find a way to help a player, so they would feel like they are accepted, and want to stay with us. As staff on Murder, Prop hunt, and SSRP, I am a trusted player, as a person, and as a person with power. I use my power to enforce the rules of that server and the Zarp TOU, for these are very important things that need to be enforced on the servers to ensure a good gaming experience for all Zarp players.

I am fair, I will always listen to both sides, and not be a biased staff member. I would always make sure ever action I take against a player, and or everything I do when handling a dispute between two or more players will always have justice behind it to ensure that the victim is handled correctly with his/her issue, and that the culprit(s) punishment is justified by what they done.
