Jokes aside, this person is doing an incredible job as a super admin. I think he deservers more than headadmin, because he takes on a lot of the responsibilities, is extremely active compared to other Lead Team members and is more than supportive to his fellow staff. I can't see him NOT being a good candidate to the Head Admin role.
