As far as I know you are quite friendly which is what is needed in a good staff member.

You have got a detailed application which shows you have put in effort.

By the time of the meeting you will have been Moderator for 2 weeks so will have gotten used to being a Moderator even more.

Overall get a good F1 count along with keeping up some good activity and you will be in a great position!
