Seems like no CM+ is going to handle this, even though I messaged them a few times, so I guess I'll handle it :/
Unfortunately, within the video evidence that you have provided, there is no way to prove that he did leave without giving you the jugg. If you could provide some evidence of that, then this report would most likely be accepted, however unless we can prove that you really did not receive the items (ie. that he did leave before paying you), then there is not a lot we can do.
Thank you for your report regardless, but unfortunately, the proof is not sufficient for us to place a punishment on the user.
