As no incident of that type have been reported on manuonmuna before, no demotion is required. HOWEVER, it is of course a severe rulebreak and poor attitude coming from a staff member, and this kind of behavior has never been, and will never be tolerated on our servers.

Staff members are supposed to be above the melee, even if our job is quite difficult and stressful. As such, I already had a conversation with him personally, to make sure that he realizes the severity of hisaction in this case. We will make sure that the latter improves, and he is expected to apologizes to you today.

I am also extremely sorry that you were victim of this, and that it hurt you. Even without your backstory, there is never ANY excuse for a staff member from all ranks to disrespect anyone.
