Also, yes, you cannot expect someone who joins a Garry's Mod server to read the "ZARP Terms of Service" when the only thing connected physically to the server is the rules page via either the message of the day or using the command "!rules". It's metaphorically like small print, it's stupid. Anyone who doesn't have a forum account or has visited the forum will have no idea where this page is or what it contains.

In addition, no we did not state "nig" on multiple occasions, RIKYY said the first three letters of the word by mistake - stopped himself and then apologised for it yet he was still muted. Which he was okay with, and that's when he posted this link that was meant as a joke for the people who were speaking to him, which everybody on the server was okay with. Where you got that we said this on multiple occasions is beyond me, you're just speculating at this point.

My whole argument is also in fact no based on rules that I have broken. Me personally I haven't really broken any rules? My post was reported because I quoted a racist term that was valid for the argument, which I believe is unfair, but that seems the only rule I have broken.

To further add, RIKYY is Romanian and his English is not very good. ZARP should really respect this and not have people think about rules, they should be clearly stated on the rules page when a player joins. Like, "do not post pornographic or inappropriate content" this would be okay, but it's not stated. Nothing I have said is invalid, so saying I don't have a brain backfires on yourself.
