This staff member enforced a rule that is not found anywhere on the server rules. The rule he enforced was that posting pornographic websites give you an instant ban without any former warning. Now, the player who he banned (RIKYY) posted a website with the pornhub prefix, but added his online alias after the / which was only meant as a joke. No where on the rules, stated in (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/bhop/63316-bhop-server-rules) is this rule seen.

When confronted about this, he said that the rule was 'commen sense' and that I should report him so this is what I'm doing.

Now, if this rule is valid then it should be stated on the server rules or atleast a warning should be presented to the user before he is banned, otherwise it is extremely unfair. However, I personally believe rule should not be enforced if they are not presented on the rules page, as it's practically a made up rule otherwise.

RIKYY has yet to make an appeal to his ban, but in my opinion he shouldn't need to - his valid was invalid.

In addition, this admin muted me for apparently saying 'nigger' on my microphone which I didn't, and for people joking saying the first three letters of nigger, nig. I can understand if this is unacceptable, but if you are just jokingly saying 'nig' you are not meaning any offence so I believe that should be stated also.
