Hi, i've talked to levi and came to the conclusion to deny your appeal for the following reasons:
We personally think it's still considered ban evading. We had these situations before and we cannot verify that you are indeed the brother of the account that got banned. And it is therefor still considered ban evading. Nevertheless your brother got banned for hacking and mass rulebreak. If you were going to appeal you should start with your brother's account, and blame him for the ban of your account.
