Definetely does not deserve this position untill they have sorted out their attitude, spammed me a few weeks ago with swastikas on my steam profile even though i asked him not too, then today he exploited multiple times so i warned him for it after a verbal, then he goes and spams more swastikas on my profile and starts mimicking me in game.

Well you gave him a false warning. So at least he would be able to do the job that you can't.

I've seen the evidence, Dom didn't execute it in the best of manners but Rhys did deserve the warning for exploiting.
Now don't drag this drama onto his application please.
