Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: Being a Moderator I have ran into different kinds of players, both good and bad. Personally I believe dealing with all these players has allowed to practice how to correctly handle situations, quickly and efficiently. I usually try to please both parties by being as fair as possible, just so there is no future conflicts between players due to warns given out. If I can clearly see a player has no intent to RP, I always try to act on it and sort their behavior out, so it doesn't have a great effect on the players who actually enjoy playing Zarp, and want to have a good time.

Explain a situation as a Moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

One of the hardest situations I have overcome as a Moderator is dealing with a certain chat spamming user. This may not seem like a lot, but it was. This certain player was constantly spamming abuse and hateful things in chat. Everytime I muted them, they would just rejoin and I was stuck as to what to do. Every time they joined they would continue to spam so I decided to collect evidence on the player (including their Steam ID) and pass it on to a higher member of staff. The player later got banned, and I felt quite accomplished having overcome this situation.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thank you for taking the time to write this ban appeal. Because you have no previous bans and we can see you put great effort into your ban appeal, I have decided to lift you ban. Please make sure you are fully clear on the rules, and welcome back to Zarp!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I believe I should be promoted because I am for the most part an active player (apart from when I have to deal with things IRL). I personally believe I am quite a funny and approachable, and can mix with a lot of players quite well. I very rarely have disputes with others, and just enjoy Zarp's chaotic, but relaxed atmosphere. I RP quite well, but when need be I'm also quite serious e.g. when dealing with F1's. I believe as a Moderator I can get the job done, but not as quickly and efficiently as possible, and I personally think being an Admin I can improve on my staffing abilities and can speed up how quickly F1's and reports go. With my added power as an admin I will be able to cut down on the rule-breaking on the server, and save a lot of everyone's valuable RP time.

:zarp: Thank you for taking the time to read my application. :zarp:
