I think the "If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:" section could definitely have more detail as there are other things than the ULX menu.

Your activity could be improved but isn't that bad so keep it up!

I know you are a good TTT Admin so are already used to the extra commands.

Overall make sure to add a bit more detail and keep up the activity and you will get my vote!
