Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
My time as a moderator has helped me learn the rules a lot better as when im giving them out I remember whats right and wrong, I also understand how to spot people ghosting and how to use the method. It has also helped me meet the staff and get to know them which I believe is an important thing as a team to know each other. As a moderator I have made sure I have used the right commands in the right situations.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate situation to use the ban command is if a user gets 12 or more recent punishments, the ban times would increase depending if the user has had previous bans for the same reason.
It would also be appropriate if 2 or more users are ghosting and even after they have been given warnings they still carry on.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello [Users name] and welcome to the Prophunt team!

Firstly, here is the staff ethos, we as staff should follow everything that is says. The one important thing we use is called 'ULX' this helps us give out punishments to users. You can access this by going into your console and typing bind "key of your choice" XGUI" or you can type !menu into chat. When you have done that you will see different commands we use as staff members. If you have any questions about them don't hesitate to contact me or any other staff member to help you.

Now, if you press F6 it will load up a spreadsheet of everyone currently online, with that you can see every ones punishments that they have received. If the date is in red then that means the punishment has not expired yet, if its grey that means its been 2 or more weeks. Using this spreadsheet you can also base it on the next punishment the user gets, if they have already been warned for ghosting and the user is still ghosting get an admin or above to help you and get them banned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe that I should be chosen because I am trustworthy the the commands that I have and also being an admin on TTT shows that I am well informed about the commands and that I can be trusted with even higher commands than just moderator commands. When there is ghosting and admins or higher aren't on I cant do anything about it except warn the users, other than that I can contact an admin or above but that sometimes takes too long or occasionally none are available so if I had to ban users ghosting that would be a lot easier than having to contact other staff.
