What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting (from my point of view) is when you are death and lets say you have two portals, one of them are correct and the other one is incorrect if you go through the incorrect one you tell a player that the one you went through was incorrect so you tell them to go to the other one.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
i would either warn them for being disrespectful if they carry on i will mute or gag them.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen because, i have experience of being a mod on a different server so i know the expectations for being a mod, i have been gaming for quite a long time so and i also don't like it when people are disrespectful because i just want people to have fun!
